Each year this report presents hospitalization and ambulatory surgery data for
Wisconsin, based on data reported by Wisconsin hospitals and freestanding ambulatory
surgery centers. The report includes a section of tables on injury-related
hospitalizations and ambulatory surgeries, presenting statewide and regional
information on the number, rate and average charges for these injury-related
discharges by cause of injury.
