Nutrition Fact Sheets
This series of nutrition fact sheets, developed by the Division of Public Health for health care
professionals, communicates up-to-date nutrition recommendations used in
the Wisconsin WIC and Maternal and Child Health (MCH) programs.
Guidelines and information used for the fact sheets are based on
general medical recommendations. Remember that all individuals are not the same, and therefore should consult with their
health care professional to discuss their personal needs.
