Healthiest Wisconsin 2010: An Implementation Plan to Improve the Health of the Public

The Implementation Plan is the companion document to the state health plan, Healthiest Wisconsin 2010: A Partnership Plan to Improve the Health of the Public. The Implementation Plan provides strategic direction for collective action by Wisconsin’s public health system partners to achieve the three chief goals of the state health plan: (1) promote and protect health for all, (2) eliminate health disparities, and (3) transform Wisconsin's public health system.

The Implementation Plan is a shared responsibility of all public health partners in Wisconsin. It is a flexible, living document designed to address the health and system priorities of the State Health Plan.
