NEW - Chapter HFS 132 Waivers for Nursing Homes

Definition:  Wisconsin Statutes, Section 50.01(3).

"Nursing home" means a place which provides 24-hour services including board and room to 3 or more unrelated residents who because of their mental or physical condition require nursing care or personal care in excess of 7 hours a week.  [Exceptions follow -- see Wisconsin Statutes, Section 50.01]
