PES Installation

Autorun CD

If the PES autorun CD does not open the main menu within 30 seconds, complete the following steps before contacting the Division of Health Care Financing (DHCF) Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Department. The DHCF EDI Help desk telephone number is (608) 221-9036.

  1. Remove the CD from the drive and reinsert the CD. Verify that the label is facing up when inserting the CD. The CD should run automatically. If it does not, continue to step 2.
  2. Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop. Select the CD-ROM drive.
  3. Click on "Software" on the CD interface.
  4. Select "Run this program from its current location" or select "Save this program to disk." If you select the latter option, save the file to your desktop.
  5. Double-click the WI_v0206_setup.exe icon on your desktop.

The main menu will open; proceed to the instructions for Individual PC Installation.
