Not all providers are required to bill Other Insurance (OI), even though the policyholder may have other insurance. The following providers do not have to bill other insurance, and should not enter a "Y" in the Other Insurance Ind box:

• Specialized Medical Vehicle.
• Personal Care.
• Case Management.
• Family Planning Clinics.
