Type of Bill List

The Type of Bill list allows you to create a list of type of bill codes used most often in the institutional claim forms. As with other lists, once the code is entered into the list, it may be accessed from drop-down boxes within the institutional claim form screens. To enter type of bill codes, follow these steps:

1. Select the Lists option on the menu bar.
2. Select the Type of Bill Code list.
3. Enter data into all of the required boxes on the Type of Bill screen using the table below as a guide.



Type of Bill List
Field	Description
Type of Bill	Enter the three-digit numeric code from the Uniform Billing (UB-92) Manual or your Wisconsin Medicaid provider handbook to indicate the specific type of bill.
Description	Enter the type of bill description. The description can be up to 60 characters and spaces.



4. Click Save to save the data or New to add a new type of bill code.
