To submit claims and receive information, Options must be set up on each personal computer (PC) the first time you use the software. There are three options that must be confirmed or created. They are Batch, Web, and Retention. The Options window displays with the Batch tab on top.
To access Options after the initial setup, select Tools from the menu bar and then Options.
