PES Software Upgrades

IMPORTANT! ACTION NEEDED!

A PES software upgrade (version 2.16) will be available for download on Friday, May 16, 2007, at 4:00 p.m. It is imperative that you download and install this upgrade immediately, as you will be prevented from submitting claims to Wisconsin Medicaid and the Wisconsin Well Woman Program (WWWP) until you have successfully done so. If you are not currently running with the most recent version of PES (2.15), you will not only be required to download 2.16, but all previous upgrades not yet downloaded. Please allow adequate time to download the upgrades prior to submitting your next batch of claims.

PES users should continue to check weekly for upgrades to ensure the software is up to date.

For instructions on how to download upgrades, please refer to the May 2008 revised Provider Electronic Solutions User (PES) Manual (PDF, 1.87 MB).

Important Note: Always use the upgrade function. Do not load a new version of PES. Loading a new version of PES would result in the loss of all lists and claims that have been created. PES will automatically download any available upgrades not previously obtained by each user. Please check the revised PES Manual (PDF, 1.87 MB) for more information.

This upgrade is approximately 4.56 MB in size and it will take approximately 25 minutes to download for dial-up users using a 56K modem. (Previous upgrade download times.)
