Coordination Responsibilities

Coordination services responsibilities include assisting the recipient or legal representative in coordinating all home care services and other services provided by other health and social service providers.

Registered nurses providing coordination services are not responsible for completing or submitting PA requests or claims for reimbursement for other NIP.
