Provider Information

The Nurses in Independent Practice Handbook contains information regarding the private duty nursing (PDN) services provided under Wisconsin Medicaid’s PDN benefit as defined in HFS 105.19 and 107.12, Wis. Admin. Code. This handbook also includes information regarding PDN services for ventilator-dependent recipients as defined in HFS 107.12 and 107.113, Wis. Admin. Code.
