Health Care for Pregnant Teens

Have a healthy baby!

If you are a teen and think you may be pregnant, Wisconsin has a free program that may be able to help you with health care.

It is important to get health care, as soon as you find out you are pregnant for you and your baby to be healthy.

This program will also give your baby health care for 1 year or more after he or she is born.

Last year, in the United States, about 1 million teens became pregnant.

You are not alone!

Apply today! It’s easy to do. Ask your clinic or doctor for help, call or visit your Medicaid office or you can apply on the state’s web site at access.wisconsin.gov.

If you need to find a doctor, or more help, call 1-800-362-3002. Go to dhs.wisconsin.gov/Medicaid for more information.
