This All-Provider Handbook is issued to all providers who are Wisconsin Medicaid
certified. Wisconsin Medicaid is also known as Medical Assistance
(MA), the Medical Assistance Program (WMAP), Title XIX, or T19. This
handbook contains information that applies to fee-for-service
Medicaid providers. |

to provide you with a copy of the new Wisconsin Medicaid Specialized
Medical Vehicle Services Handbook. The handbook articulates current
Medicaid policies found in the Wisconsin Administrative Code, HFS
101-108, as they apply to the specialized medical vehicle (SMV)
services benefit. |

| Family Care Guide
|
The Family Care Guide offers important
information for Medicaid fee-for-service providers who make services
available to Family Care – Care Management Organization (CMO)
members. While Family Care has not been implemented statewide, the
Family Care Guide is being sent to all Medicaid fee-for-service
providers in selected counties because providers in counties that do
not yet offer Family Care may, on occasion, need to provide services
to CMO members. |
