All-Provider Handbook This All-Provider Handbook is issued to all providers who are Wisconsin Medicaid certified. Wisconsin Medicaid is also known as Medical Assistance (MA), the Medical Assistance Program (WMAP), Title XIX, or T19. This handbook contains information that applies to fee-for-service Medicaid providers. 11/1/05
Nurse Practitioner Services Handbook The Nurse Practitioner Services Handbook is a guide for all Medicaid-certified nurse practitioners. Providers should maintain and refer to this handbook in conjunction with the Physician Services Handbook, Medicaid All-Provider Handbook, the Wisconsin Medicaid Managed Care Guide, and monthly Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Updates. 9/03
Rural Health Clinic Services The Rural Health Clinic Services Handbook incorporates current Medicaid rural health clinic information into a single reference source. The handbook replaces all rural health clinic publications including Part M, The Rural Health Clinic Handbook. 8/1/03
Nurse Midwife Services Handbook The Nurse Midwife Services Handbook is a guide for all Medicaid-certified nurse midwives. Providers should maintain and refer to this handbook in conjunction with the Physician Services Handbook, Medicaid All-Provider Handbook, the Wisconsin Medicaid Managed Care Guide, and monthly Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Updates. 9/03
Physician Services Handbook The Wisconsin Medicaid Physician Services Handbook is issued to physician clinics, physicians, and physician assistants certified as Wisconsin Medicaid providers. It contains information that applies to fee-for-service Medicaid/BadgerCare providers. Rev. 12/05
Guide to Determining Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women The Guide to Determining Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women incorporates current Medicaid presumptive eligibility information into a single reference source. The guide replaces all prior presumptive eligibility for pregnant women publications. Rev. 12/05
Guide to the Tuberculosis-Related Services Only Benefit The Guide to the Tuberculosis-Related Services Only Benefit incorporates current Medicaid tuberculosis (TB)-related policy information into a single reference source. This guide replaces all prior TB-related publications. Rev. 12/05
Family Care Guide The Family Care Guide offers important information for Medicaid fee-for-service providers who make services available to Family Care – Care Management Organization (CMO) members. While Family Care has not been implemented statewide, the Family Care Guide is being sent to all Medicaid fee-for-service providers in selected counties because providers in counties that do not yet offer Family Care may, on occasion, need to provide services to CMO members.  11/1/01
