All-Provider Handbook

This All-Provider Handbook is issued to all providers who are Wisconsin Medicaid certified. Wisconsin Medicaid is also known as Medical Assistance (MA), the Medical Assistance Program (WMAP), Title XIX, or T19. This handbook contains information that applies to fee-for-service Medicaid providers.

Hearing Services Handbook

The Hearing Services Handbook incorporates all current Medicaid hearing services information into a single reference source. It replaces all prior hearing services publications. It does not replace the All-Provider Handbook and all-provider Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Updates, the Wisconsin Administrative Code, or Wisconsin Statutes.

Family Care Guide

The Family Care Guide offers important information for Medicaid fee-for-service providers who make services available to Family Care – Care Management Organization (CMO) members. While Family Care has not been implemented statewide, the Family Care Guide is being sent to all Medicaid fee-for-service providers in selected counties because providers in counties that do not yet offer Family Care may, on occasion, need to provide services to CMO members.
