Statewide HealthCheck Conference

This HealthCheck conference will review screening requirements, including a hands-on demonstration, as well as HealthCheck "Other" Services. The conference will also provide more in depth information about immunizations, blood lead testing and mental health screening.

A panel will discuss ideas for HealthCheck Outreach which have been successful for them. This should also be an opportunity for meeting with your colleagues and sharing ideas.

Available on the right are two helpful documents for the conference. The first is a map of the downtown area showing parking ramps, including the Monona Convention Center parking. The second is the HealthCheck Conference brochure. To register, please print the brochure, complete the registration and return it with your registration fee to the address listed.
