Individual Household
Funding Opportunities

Funds are available for individuals working towards reducing lead-based paint hazards through home renovation and repair. There are different grants for different groups of homeowners. Many focus on low and moderate-income homeowners or property owners with tenants with low to moderate-incomes. Some special groups have funding opportunities, such as veterans and rural residents.

Bureau of Housing Programs (Exit DHS - WI Department of Commerce, Bureau of Housing) - A variety of federal and state housing assistance programs available to low- and moderate-income residents and special needs populations administered through local housing organizations.
