Injury Waiver Program: This waiver program provides home- and
community-based services for people with brain injuries who need
significant supports and meet eligibility requirements.
Wisconsin Chapter of
the Brain Injury Association provides information specifically for
individuals with brain injuries and their families. The site
also includes information and links that may be of use to people and
families facing other types of disabilities.
