  • Brain Injury Waiver Program:  This waiver program provides home- and community-based services for people with brain injuries who need significant supports and meet eligibility requirements.

  • Wisconsin Chapter of the Brain Injury Association provides information specifically for individuals with brain injuries and their families.  The site also includes information and links that may be of use to people and families facing other types of disabilities.

  • Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, part of the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services, provides information, referral services, support, and training for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Developmental Disabilities

  • Developmental Disabilities Services and Programs, from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services, provides information on programs for those with developmental disabilities including autism, brain injury, or mental retardation.
