The Provider Agency Audit Guide, 1999 Revision

The Provider Agency Audit Guide, 1999 Revision is a joint policy of the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services, Wisconsin Department of Corrections, and of the Divisions of Economic Support and Vocational Rehabilitation within the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.  With one exception, the Guide establishes audit standards for all providers which receive funding from or passed through these agencies for the purchase of care and services.  Local governments which expend sufficient federal funding to need audits in accordance with OMB Circular A-133 and which receive funding from or passed though a state agency need to have audits in accordance with the State Single Audit Guidelines (exit DHFS).
