2008-2010 License Information

Ambulance service providers and first responder providers along with individual EMTs and first responders must all complete the renewal process prior to June 30, 2008.

EMS personnel who have not renewed their certificates or licenses must cease practice on July 1, 2008.  

Services that submitted all renewal documentation may continue to provide services.  The EMS office continues to process provider renewals as quickly as possible.
