Wisline Web Training on the Medicaid Eligibility Management (MEH) Handbook

Note for Other EM Handbook users (FoodShare, Process Help, EBT, IMM, CWW System Help, WFCAP):  Although this training is specific to the MEH, the same format and layout is used in the other Eligibility Management handbooks.

This is a very large file (19 Mb). The movie is about 45 minutes long.   Individuals with a slow internet connection or outdated media player may not be able to see the streaming file.  Streaming means that you can watch the movie while it is downloading.  An alternative is to save the movie to your hard drive, and then open it from that location.  To do this, right click on the link below, choose "save target as" and choose where you want to save it.

System Requirements: You will need Microsoft Windows Media player or Real Player to view the movie.  Older versions of the media player may not be able to play the file.  You should also have at least 128 Mb of RAM to properly view the file.

Check with your IT staff if you have problems viewing the video.  Do not download software without first checking with your IT staff.
