merging two previous DHHS projects: the AIDS Clinical Trials Information
Service (ACTIS) and the HIV/AIDS Treatment Information Service (ATIS).
The mission of AIDSinfo is to offer the latest federally approved
information on HIV/AIDS clinical research, treatment and prevention, and
medical practice guidelines for consumers and health care providers. The
