Training for Professionals Who Provide LTC Options Counseling
This webcast features Betsy Abramson, public interest law
attorney. She talks about the options for planning ahead for health
care and financial decision-making in the event of incapacity (financial
durable powers of attorney, living wills, health care powers of attorney).
She also provides background on the court guardianship system for
individuals who are incompetent and did not do any advance planning.
