people with developmental disabilities. We will focus on supporting
them and their families through transitions.

Neal Minogue, Community Integration Specialist, Department of Health and
Family Services, and
Donna Calhoun, Information and Assistance Specialist, Aging &
Disability Resource Center of Portage County.
