To learn about the Family Caregiver Support Program in your area, STATEWIDE WEBSITE AND 800# HELPLINE FOR FAMILY CAREGIVERS The Wisconsin Association for Area Agencies on Aging has launched a new website and toll free phone number to connect people throughout the state with the Wisconsin Family Caregiver Support Program (WFCSP) in each county or tribe. Operated by the Family Caregiver Support Network of Interfaith Older Adult Programs in Milwaukee, this will take the guess work out of finding help for family caregivers. If you are caring for or concerned about the well-being of someone over 60, someone with Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder, or if you are a relative of a child under age 19, or caring for a relative with a disability who is 19 to 59 years old, you can find answers to your questions by calling the toll-free number (866) 843-9810 or through the website www.wisconsincaregiver.org The program also serves grandparents or relative caregivers 55 years of age and older who are caring for children under age 19, or who are caring for a relative with a disability who is 19 to 59 years of age.
