County and Tribal Aging Offices can link you with services such as meal preparation, cleaning, and other help to allow you to live independently. Some charges usually apply.

Caregivers may be able to receive planned relief to give them a break from their responsibilities for a limited time on a planned basis. The respite worker provides in home care.
