Sexually Violent Persons Transitional Facility Siting
Advisory Committee
The Sexually Violent Persons (SVP) Transitional Facility Siting
Advisory Committee was established under 2003 Wisconsin Act 187. It is
charged with identifying a minimum of three possible locations for
transitional housing of sexually violent persons who are under Supervised Release in
Milwaukee County under Wisconsin Chapter 980.
