CD-ROM: Healthiest Wisconsin 2010 and Supporting Documents
The Division of Public Health has prepared this CD-ROM for its public
health partners in Wisconsin. Its purpose is to have materials related to
the State Health Plan, Healthiest Wisconsin 2010, all in one place in a
handy format. (See below for a list of contents.)
These materials represent the work of hundreds of public health
partners around Wisconsin, and support their shared efforts to achieve the
goals of Healthiest Wisconsin 2010. These efforts reflect the many ways
partners are working toward the shared vision: "Healthy people in
healthy Wisconsin communities."
