  • The Minority Health Program is pleased to announce the release of a new publication:  "Wisconsin Minority Health Report, 2001-2005".  This report compiles information concerning the health of Wisconsin's African American, American Indian, Asian, and Hispanic/Latino populations.  You can find the new report at http://dhs.wisconsin.gov/health/MinorityHealth/report20012005.htm on the Department's Internet site.  Much of the data presented in this report has been previously published, primarily in online reference table updates.  The purpose of this report is to make health information more readily available to the communities and policymakers working to eliminate health disparities in Wisconsin.

  • All the SPHERE manuals, guidance, updates and detailed instructions for entering information on template objectives (currently information for 2007 objectives is available) on the HAN.  This link is different from the SPHERE program link.  First log into the HAN.  Then use this link:  https://www.han.wisc.edu/mod_libr/index.jps?id=1581   Or go to "topics" (on the top bar), then "integrated data systems" on the left column, then SPHERE.
