Department of Health and Family Services Administrative Rules

On September 12, 2003, the agency-wide Wisconsin Administrative Rules website became operational. This interactive website is designed to enhance public participation in administrative rulemaking. You can search for rules, view the status of current rulemaking, view documents associated with rulemaking, submit and view comments on rules, and subscribe to receive email notification of rulemaking. Help screens and a tutorial have been developed to help familiarize you with this new website.

One rule that is currently being revised is HFS 117 relating to Fees for Copies of Health Care Provider Records. Additional information can be obtained here.
