Reimbursement

Reimbursement Methods

Physical therapy, OT, and SLP services are reimbursed at the lesser of the billed amount or the maximum allowable fee. However, PT and OT services provided by physical therapist assistants and certified occupational therapy assistants working under general supervision (after a supervision waiver is obtained) are reimbursed at the lesser of the billed amount or 90 percent of the maximum allowable fee.
