Contracts with
Aging and Disability Resource Centers and
Care Management Organizations

Each calendar year, the Family Care aging and disability resource centers (ADRCs) and care management organizations (CMOs) and the Department of Health and Family Services enter into a contract which specifies the services the State is purchasing, and describes the mutual obligations of the Department, the ADRCs and the CMOs.
