Performance-based Contracting Information for 2008

The Calendar Year 2008 Performance-based Contract Process is as follows:

  • Overview of the Logic Model and SMART Objectives  (16 min) 
    This session provides an overview of using the Logic Model to set long, medium and short-term goals to achieve program success. Also included is a discussion of SMART objectives and what the SMART criteria are: Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic and Timeframe.
